Steve Blankenship

Founder and President of Michigan Police Training, Steve is a 21 year veteran of the Michigan State Police Motor Carrier Division.  During his tenure, he was a CVSA certified inspector for 13 years and an instructor for 10 years.  He has successfully completed both State and Federal instructor development courses and held an Associate Staff position with the National Training Center.  He holds an MA in Organizational Management from Spring Arbor University, as well as a BA in Management & Organizational Development.   He is the primary instructor for all classes except radar & laser operator. 

Bill Huddleston

A key supporter since the beginning, Bill is a 25 year veteran of the Brownstown Police Department where he holds the rank of Sergeant.  He has been a laser instructor for 9 years and a radar instructor for 6 years.  Bill has 13 years of experience in CMV enforcement and is the only 2-time recipient of the Stone Cold Award, given annually for outstanding service in commercial vehicle enforcement and education.  He is the primary instructor for the radar and laser operator courses.
